Private AI assistant · runs on your own servers

Ask your business a question. Get the real answer.

Tcipher AI is a chat window connected to the systems you already run — your database, ERP, CRM, store, spreadsheets. You ask in plain English, it writes and runs the query, and it shows you the answer next to the exact check it made. Then it does the work that usually follows: the report, the email, the campaign. It is installed inside your own environment, so your data never leaves your company.

What Tcipher AI actually is

Every company already stores the answers to its own questions — in an ERP, a CRM, an online store, a point-of-sale system, a stack of spreadsheets. Getting an answer out of that usually means asking a person, who exports a file, cleans it, and emails it back. Tcipher AI removes that round trip.

It is a chat window for your company's data

You type a question the way you would ask a colleague. Tcipher AI turns it into a database query, runs that query against your live systems, and returns the answer together with the query it used — so you can always check where a number came from.

It is installed, not subscribed to

It goes onto your own servers, or your own cloud account, alongside the data it reads. You pay once for the setup and the installation is yours. There is no per-user licence and no monthly platform fee.

It only acts when you say yes

Beyond answering, it can draft reports, emails, campaigns and product copy. Before anything is sent or changed it tells you the exact effect — "this emails 612 customers" — and waits for your approval.

And to be clear about what it is not

  • Not a website chatbot. It is for your team, not your visitors. It has no scripted FAQ tree.
  • Not a dashboard. Dashboards answer questions somebody planned in advance. This answers the ones nobody planned for.
  • Not a general AI chatbot with your files pasted in. Nothing is copied out of your systems, and answers come from live queries rather than a model's memory.
The problem it solves

Why is getting one
number out of your own business so slow?

The answer exists. Getting it takes three people and two days.

Someone runs the export, someone cleans it, someone formats it and emails it round. By the time the number reaches whoever asked, the week it described is over.

Any unplanned question becomes a request in a queue.

Dashboards only show the views someone built in advance. Anything outside them goes to an analyst, to IT, or to a developer — so most people stop asking and work from instinct instead.

And the work after the answer is still manual.

You have the number. Now somebody still has to write the report, draft the customer email, build the campaign, and put together the product copy — by hand, every single time.

Tcipher AI addresses all three. Here is exactly how →

What it does

Four things, in the order you would use them

This is not a chatbot reading from a script. Tcipher AI is wired into your real systems, so when it answers it is your own numbers talking, and when it produces work it is built from your own data.

Ask anything, get the real number

Type "how did the west region do last quarter?" and it checks your live data and returns the number — along with the query it ran, so you can verify it rather than trust it.

Ask it: "Refund rate by location, this month vs last"

It does the work — after you approve it

Send the campaign, build the report, queue the messages. Before anything happens it shows you the exact effect — "this emails 612 people" — and waits. Nothing moves without your yes.

Ask it: "Email every customer whose delivery slipped past 3 days"

It writes your content, using real data

Product descriptions, offers, campaign emails, weekly summaries — written in your brand's voice from your actual products, prices and numbers rather than from generic filler.

Ask it: "Announcement for the products we just restocked"

It makes the visuals too

Promotional images and social creative matched to your brand and built from your real catalogue — ready to attach to the campaign it just drafted for you.

Ask it: "Story-size visual for the weekend sale"

How it gets set up

Two weeks, and almost none of it is your work

We handle the installation, the connections and the tuning. What we need from you is one call to get access and a few rounds of checking that the answers match what you expect.

1

We connect it

One call with whoever administers your systems. We install Tcipher AI inside your environment and give it read access to the right databases. Nothing is copied out.

Day 1–2 · nothing technical required from you

2

It learns your business

We teach it your vocabulary — what you count as a sale, a customer, a region — then check its answers against yours until they match.

Week 1 · we do the configuration

3

Your team starts asking

At ai.yourcompany.com, in a browser or on a phone. If someone can use a messaging app, they can use this — there is no query language and no training course.

Where it runs and what it can touch

It is installed next to your data, not in someone else's cloud

The uncomfortable question about any AI tool is where your data goes. Here the answer is: nowhere. These are not settings you switch on later — this is how the product works by default.

It runs on your infrastructure

Your own servers, or your own cloud account on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, in whichever region you choose. Your data is never copied to us, never sent to an AI vendor, and never used to train a model. Because you pick the region, you keep whatever residency rules you already work under.

It never invents a number

Every data answer comes from a query it actually ran, and it shows you that query. If the answer is not in your data, it tells you that instead of producing something plausible.

It asks before it acts

Before sending or changing anything it states the exact effect — "this emails 612 people" — and waits for your approval. Every time, not just the first time.

It reads before it can write

It starts read-only: it can see everything and change nothing. You enable actions one at a time, with limits you set, and every question and action is written to an audit log.

How it compares

Why not just hire an analyst? Or buy dashboards?

Reasonable questions, and each of those options is genuinely better at some things. Here is what each one actually gets you, side by side.

Saurabh Mishra, founder of Tcipher AIWhy we built it this waySaurabh Mishra · Founder, Tcipher AI

I built Tcipher AI after watching too many good companies run blind — owners who could name every customer but had to wait a week for last month's numbers. The data was always there. Reaching it was the problem, and the fix had always been to hire another person to fetch it.

Two decisions follow from that. First, it is installed inside your environment rather than hosted by us, because nobody should have to hand over their operating data to get answers out of it. Second, the price is a single fee rather than a subscription, because the real work is the setup, and once that is done the installation should simply be yours.

Questions people ask before deciding

Everything below is answered plainly, including the parts that are limitations rather than features.

In one sentence, what is it?+

A chat window, installed on your own servers, that answers questions about your business by querying your real databases — and then drafts the reports, emails and content that normally follow the answer.

Doesn't AI just make things up?+

That is the specific problem this is designed around. Tcipher AI never answers a data question from memory. It writes a query, runs it against your live database, reports what came back, and shows you the exact query it ran so you can check it. If the answer isn't in your data, it says so instead of guessing.

Which systems can it connect to?+

Anything with a database or an API: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, your ERP or CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Dynamics), your e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), your POS, your ticketing system, and spreadsheets or CSV exports. During setup we look at what you actually run, connect what is connectable, and tell you plainly if something isn't ready.

Where does our data live?+

Wherever it lives today. Tcipher AI is installed inside your environment — your own servers, or your own cloud account on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, in whatever region you choose. Your data is never copied to us, never sent to an AI vendor, and never used to train a model. Because you choose the region, you keep whatever residency commitments you already have (GDPR, HIPAA, and similar).

What does it cost?+

$5,000 once. That covers the full setup: connecting your systems, tuning it to your business terminology, your own branded assistant, and three months of support. There is no subscription, no per-user licence, and no monthly platform fee. Taxes apply where relevant and an invoice is provided.

Why a one-time fee instead of a subscription?+

Because the work is the setup — connecting your systems, teaching it your business, getting your team comfortable with it. You pay for that once and the installation is yours. After the included three months you can take an optional support plan or manage it yourself; there is no obligation either way.

Do we need engineers to run it?+

No. Setup needs one call with whoever administers your systems, so we can get read access to the right databases. After that it is a chat window — if your team can use a messaging app, they can use this. There is nothing to maintain day to day.

What languages does it work in?+

English by default, for both questions and answers. It can be configured for other languages at setup, and it can write content in more than one language side by side. If a specific language matters to you, ask us before you commit and we will tell you honestly how well it performs.

Can it change or delete our data?+

Not unless you grant it permission. It starts read-only: it can look at everything and change nothing. You then enable actions one at a time, with hard limits, and it always shows the exact impact of an action — "this emails 612 people" — and waits for approval. Every question and every action is logged.

Will it replace my team?+

Not the people who serve your customers. What it removes is the layer of work that exists only to get information out of your own systems: the weekly report, the export-and-clean cycle, the ad-hoc query queue, the dashboard retainer. Use the calculator on this page with your own numbers rather than ours.

Why not just use ChatGPT?+

A general chatbot cannot see your orders, customers or numbers, and if you paste them in, that data has left your control. Tcipher AI runs inside your environment, answers only from your live data with the query shown, and is tuned to your business during setup. A general tool answers from memory; this answers from your database.

We already use Power BI or Tableau — why this?+

Keep them. Dashboards are good at what they are built for. But a dashboard only answers questions someone anticipated and built a view for, and it is view-only. This lets anyone ask an unplanned question in plain English, then goes a step further and does the work that follows the answer, with your approval before anything moves.

Our data is messy — can we still use it?+

Usually yes. Most companies run some mix of an ERP or CRM, an online store, a POS, and spreadsheets that never got cleaned up. Part of setup is mapping what you actually have and teaching the assistant your terminology, so "a sale" means what your team means by it. If something genuinely isn't usable yet, we tell you before you pay.

How long until it is useful?+

About two weeks from the first call to answering real questions. Actions and content generation are switched on after that, on your schedule, once you are comfortable with what it is doing.

What happens after the three months of support?+

Nothing switches off — the installation is yours and keeps running. Most teams are self-sufficient by then. If you want us on call beyond that, there are optional support plans, and you can always reach us for one-off help.

Still have a question about how it would work for you?

Send it over. If Tcipher AI is not the right fit for your setup we will say so — and if you would rather see it answering questions on your own data first, we can arrange that before any commitment.
